Amid rising cases of corona in the country, Narendra Modi is scheduled to meet the chief ministers of all the states on Thursday. According to sources, Modi will discuss the issue of imposing a five-day lockdown in 11 states, which have the highest number of corona cases in the country. These states include Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.

A decision will be taken regarding the five-day mini lockdown

Case of record-breaking corona in the country

The corona wave in India is moving at the speed of a hurricane and all the record breaking corona cases so far have been reported in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, more than 1 lakh 15 thousand cases have been reported. Which is the highest number of cases reported daily in the early days of the Corona epidemic. In 24 hours, 630 patients have died from corona in the country. Last Sunday too, the number of Corona cases crossed one lakh and today, the number of Corona cases has crossed one lakh again. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has crossed one crore 27 lakh. More than eight lakh active cases have been reported in the country.

The situation in Ahmedabad is bad

In Ahmedabad, all the records of the civil hospital have been broken due to the uncontrollable corona. About 600 patients arrived at the OPD in Civil on Tuesday. Out of which 259 patients have been admitted in emergency. There are currently 887 patients undergoing treatment at the Barso Bed Hospital. On the other hand, the Mother and Child Care Hospital started at Barso Bed Hospital has been closed and shifted to the old Civil Hospital while Manjushree Kidney Hospital has been set up with a capacity of 400 beds. Corona care is on the rise across Saurashtra and 770 new corona positive cases have been registered in Saurashtra in the last 24 hours. Corona transition is increasing in Rajkot, then Jamgar, Morbi and Bhavnagar. In Rajkot city and district alone, 385 positive cases have been registered. Patients and their families have been flocking to Kovid Hospital in Rajkot since morning.
