New Delhi: The Supreme Court has turned a blind eye to the rising Corona case and death toll, the rising number of infections in every state of the country and the lack of life-saving medicines including remedial injections in hospitals as well as oxygen. The apex court on Thursday sent a notice to the central government on the issue and directed it to issue a national plan. The court asked the Center what plans it had to rescue people from Kovid-19. The Supreme Court has also directed the Central Government to submit a National Plan.

The Supreme Court has also issued a major order on lockdown at a time when demand for lockdown is on the rise due to increasing cases of corona. The Supreme Court has clearly stated that only the state government has the right to impose lockdown and the court has no right. The apex court’s remarks came in the wake of the Allahabad High Court’s recent order to impose lockdowns on five major cities in Uttar Pradesh.
The Supreme Court has sought a National Plan from the Central Government on four important issues. The first issue is the supply of oxygen, the second issue is the supply of drugs, the third issue is the method and procedure of giving the vaccine and the fourth issue is the lockdown.

More than 2 lakh cases of corona were reported in the country for the ninth day in a row and more than 2000 people lost their lives on the third Day. In addition, the number of active cases has crossed 24 lakh.
