The government has made a big decision in Gujarat. The cost of testing RT-PCR in private labs has been reduced. Given the situation of corona virus in Gujarat, it is very necessary to increase the testing of corona virus, when a big decision has been taken by the Deputy CM of the state regarding testing. Charges for testing corona virus from home in private labs and by private labs have been reduced.
According to the announcement made by Nitin Patel, if the test is done on the go to the lab, the lab will now be able to charge Rs 700, for which Rs 800 was charged earlier. There was a reduction of Rs 200 for taking samples from home and testing them. The charge for a test from home used to be Rs 1,100 but now it has been reduced to Rs 900. The new price will apply to all labs from tomorrow.

Asked about the lockdown in Gujarat, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said that night curfew has been imposed in 20 cities in the state and traders in many talukas and cities are holding voluntary lockdowns. According to the figures released by the state government, 10,340 new cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours while 110 people have died due to the infection. And 3,981 patients have recovered. So far, 3,37,545 patients have been released from the corona
